Jake and his team did a great job deconstructing our old, poorly constructed deck and building us a beautiful new deck. Work took a little longer than planned because of severe weather, but cannot complain. The crew was very courteous and welcoming to our Golden and cleaned up the site well.

Had them refinish our floors, quality of work was fantastic and the finished product was awesome. Jeremy and Aaron were super nice, communicative, and did an all around great job. I would recommend them to anyone, don’t hesitate to use them. Thanks again for a great end product and experience.

We just had Kobiske Construction sand and refinish our existing hardwoods and match in new hardwoods in our living room and hallway to create a more cohesive space. We LOVE the results and were thrilled with the whole process!

They were able to get us scheduled way earlier than any of the other local flooring places we got quotes from and went out of the way to help us find a floor finish option we were excited about. We were out of town when they completed the work and they sent photos throughout the process so we could see how everything was looking. So happy we went with Kobiske Construction to modernize our new house!

Jeremy and Aaron did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. They were very professional and also very personable. They did an amazing job keeping the dust contained and cleaned everything thing up! They also finished ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the results, our floors look beautiful.

Jake and his team replaced the carpet in our Family Room with a new hardwood floor. He also sanded and refinished all the other wood floors in our 18 year old house. Floors all look brand new. Wisco Built did a great job as promised both on schedule and on budget. Jake is easy to work with and does high quality work. I would highly recommend!

Jake and his entire crew are professional, courteous, great communicators, and have an impeccable eye for detail. They do not cut corners when it comes to quality and integrity in their projects. We unfortunately ran into so many unforeseen issues when building our new deck (the original builder made many mistakes that ultimately caused a lot of water damage), but we’re so lucky that we made the decision to hire Jake as I truly believe no one else would have handled it quite like this team. They are fair and we would trust them with any future project. We’ve recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. Neighbors of ours saw their work and hired them to build their deck as well. Bonus, our dog couldn’t have loved them more! Really talented and skilled but also wonderful people.

It’s hard to find honest contractors nowadays, Jake and his crew are some of the most honest contractors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They do the right thing, solve problems efficiently and communicate consistently throughout the project. Would definitely recommend them!
